One of HATAET's flagship products is the Reusable Litter Tray, an alternative to disposable litter trays for the PetSafe ScoopFree Original and Ultra Self-Cleaning Litter Boxes. The tray is made of corrosion-resistant 5052 aluminum alloy, which is rust-proof, high-strength, and durable, ensuring easy cleaning and preventing long-term harm from cat urine.

Addressing the limitations of plastic trays, HATAET opted for the more durable and cat-safe aluminum alloy, despite the higher cost. Plastic trays can be damaged by sharp cat nails, and the ingestion of plastic during grooming can be detrimental to feline health in the long run.

Enhancing Odour Control and Cleaning Efficiency

The Reusable Litter Tray features a redesigned flap system, similar to disposable trays, to compress the space in the poop area and reduce odour divergence. The screw-fixed flaps provide long-lasting effectiveness.

By removing the poop compartment, the tray offers a larger storage area for waste, twice the size of standard disposable trays. The bendable and reboundable paper baffle makes it easier for poop to be pushed into the stacking area, functioning just as well as a disposable tray.

While the removal of the poop compartment can lead to a slight increase in litter usage, it also extends the cleaning cycle, which can vary depending on individual requirements. HATAET is also actively developing disposable litter bags to provide customers with a truly hands-free cleaning experience.

Corrosion-Resistant and Durable Design

The 5052 aluminum alloy used in the Reusable Litter Tray is resistant to rust and corrosion, ensuring long-lasting performance. The 85-degree inclined frame helps concentrate the cat litter in the tray, potentially extending the cleaning interval by up to 20%.

Additionally, the sloping frame allows the machine to be cleaned in all positions, catering to cats that prefer to urinate in the corners.
